Accounts Receivable Clerk/Receptionist – Part-time

 

Trinity Baptist Church is seeking an accounts receivable clerk and back-up receptionist whose primary function is to provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of academy accounts.   Applicant will also fill in as the front desk receptionist when needed.  Duties include greeting all clients and visitors to ensure a friendly, welcoming, and professional atmosphere, answering the telephone and transferring calls to appropriate personnel, and provide administrative support. Candidate must be a motivated individual who will work well within a team environment or independently.

Director of Planning and Construction – Full Time Position

Trinity Baptist Church is seeking a Director of Planning and Construction who will be responsible to lead and direct all capital facility projects on Trinity’s campuses, primarily focused on guiding the design and construction of each project.   This is a Director level position.

Applicant must be able to maintain a high level of communication with ministry leaders concerning project needs, status and changes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, budgeting and developing capital plans for projects, insuring compliance with codes and applicable laws, coordinating between ministry personnel and vendors, as well as overseeing personnel and outside venders for projects. The applicant will represent Trinity in negotiations with outside vendors.

Applicant must have 10+ years of experience in the planning and construction industry in a leadership role.


Trinity Baptist College

Groundskeeper - Part-Time

The primary responsibilities of the groundskeeper is to maintain lawns by mowing, weed eating, trimming, edging, mulching, raking, planting, and performing other lawn maintenance functions as assigned.   Must demonstrate a good attitude, a good work ethic and an ability to strive in a team environment as well as the ability to work independently.  Qualified candidate must have grounds related experience. Must be physically capable to perform strenuous labor on a consistent basis.

Trinity Christian Academy Marching Band Color Guard Instructor – Part-time

 

Trinity Christian Academy Conquerors Marching Band is seeking a color guard instructor to choreograph and/or assist with the design of a routine to complement the marching band show. Individual must be able to teach the routine to the color guard and supervise members throughout the season.  Candidate must be knowledgeable in flag, rifle, and saber along with movement to accompany the marching band show.  Availability to assist with tryouts, attend games, hold sectionals, and attend competitions is a must.  Color guard instructor will report to the band director.
